What's the big deal??
Ok maybe because I am a guy. For some reason I do not understand why for most not all women it is such a big bru ha ha to lose there virginity. I always hear from chicks how it is such a precious thing yada, yada, yada. So would someone please explain this concept to me in terms a guy can understand?? (:)

the big deal
Since you want a guys point of view. I'm a guy and a virgin. The decision to stay a virgin is an emotional/religious thing that you probably will never fully understand. Its about the ability to give oneself fully to that one special person. I'm sure that you have never had the kind of emotional bond that would make you understand that. I don't mean to sound rude but I doubt you have reached a level of maturity to understand.

what do you mean what is the big deal?
i am 19 and a virgin, my boyfriend is the same. to me it is giving myself in entirety to another person. its about trust and love. having sex is also risky, young women are extemely fertile and there is also the risk of std's if you are so loose with yourself.
i feel that if you dont really have a strong bond to your partner that sex cant be as enjoyable. i am a virgin so how do i know what i am saying but this is my own belief. i need to have this bond so i can give all of myself and communicate with them. some women are insecure and may not be comfortable with their bodies, as am i but i dont mind with my boyfriend because i know he love all of me not just the physical side of things.
women are complex, maybe you should read up. take a womens studies class if that isn't too much for you. with your mindset i would never consider dating you

another tip
P.S. never refer to women as chicks, i feel that is disrespectful. and your useage of this yada yada crap comes of as. i am a little boy with a d d who doesn't really understand the world yet and doesn't want to take the time to communicate with women to find out about such a personal topic of sex

My peace on the subject.
Ok well first of all I see people in here need to take some English classes to learn how to properly compose a sentence. With that being said; I am 29, married & my 3rd child is due in a couple months. I have been calling "girls" "chicks" forever. I am not a religious person & kind of think it is rediculous to spend the time & money to worship something that no one (alive) at least has ever seen. I believe in evolution not creation. If someone dies or gets real sick I do not say as most do "God thought it was his time" or something to that fact. Sorry can't go with that. As far as waiting for marrage for sex nah wasn't me either. All I know it that I was 16 horney as hell & wanted some pu@@y. Ok?! Good I am glad we have that settled. My wife wanted to wait till marrage but I saw short order to that as well. You people may see me as "immature", "evil" "low life" or whatever. Fact is you don't know me from adam & never will. So do not sit there at your little computers being all judgemental. I am not being that way trwords anyone. Not like I wrote all you people waiting to have sex for whatever reason are all stupid. That is what you wan't to do so be it. I just think life is too damn short to be worrying about things like that. I started when I was 16 & plan on having sex till the day I die or I just plain old can't get er up anymore. Wether it is my wife or someone else. End of discussion!!!!!!!!!!!! &D &D

I feel a bit sorry for you
Its sad that you dont understand such a beautiful act and probably never will. I also feel sorry for your wife. The way you talk about her, she was simply a conquest and you never actually cared about her.
This seems to be a mostly female forum and you should have known it is fairly religious. However, your language is inappropriate even if it weren't. You come across as the kind of guy that would walk into a feminist meeting and say "You want some of this baby" while grabbing yourself. It seems like you have yet to overcome the "emotional retardation" (best way I can think of to discribe it) that many guys suffer from.
No one here said that their decision was entirely religious. Thats something you assumed yourself. Sex can be more than a physical experience. It can be emotional as well. Your just going to have to grow up emotionally before you will be able to understand that. A person can be over 100 years old and still not be mature. No one called you evil but you do make yourself look like a low life.

lastly
Oh boy!! Spare me!! The first thing that came to mind when reading 22 year old virginis that he is gay. I ran across this board by chance & couldn't resist the temptation to pass up this chance. Maybe the emotional thing you speak of is because I do not have much in the way of emotion. I am a hard a@@. I do not cry no matter how much something is supposed to hurt. I just think it is kind of a waste to worry & be so concerned on such things when there are so many more bigger issues in the world to face. Terrorism, starvation, war etc.... By the way my wife wanted to marry me & is very happy thank you very much!! Well I will leave this group now as I see neither side is going to come to an agreement. So peace & have a cherry poppin great life!!!
