Better To Wait
Rachel:
In my experience I feel it is best to wait until your married. If you really can't wait that long then wait until your engaged and 3-6 months till the set wedding date.
I have been in three relationships, each with intent of marriage from the start. All involved pre-marital sex. However, each have ended in failure. I don't want to make that same mistake a 4th time. Reason for this is because I feel sex is a sacred act between two individuals that love each other and who want to be with each other till the day they die. If you get into a role of just having sex for mere pleausre of it with multiple partners, your just making your body a used object for the one you intend to marry. In result, your future husband may at times have little respect for you if he ever reminices on the your past.
There is a lot more I can write about this but I have written it so much I feel I am repeating myself a little too often. Please, check out my other posts. Specifically:
shoud I have sex? , Why are women called bad names when they have sex with lots of men but, when men have sex with lots , How long...? , I think it is better to wait . I hope this helps.

I have very little respect for the "sanctity of marriage". As a word, its meaning has been going downhill, been broken, and with the availablity of devorce, is now uttery devoid of meaning. When I speak of marriage I speak not of a legal contract nor a religious ceremony, but a way of life. A swearing of two hearts to forevermore beat together in unison, to defend the other with every ounce of being. Love respects no bounds, no laws, no limitations. Thusly a love can declare two people bound without the need for some cheap government or ceremonial hot glue gun wedding to hold the hearts together when the steel of their love should instead melt those hearts and reforge them into one.
If you can do that, you can offer sex.
Love is an art, in both the physical and mental aspects. To accept one without the other is the greatest insult one can make. To hold both in tandem, tightly clasped as the lovers they represent, is the greatest compliment.

Wow, you actually made that same mistake 3 times in a row? Tip: Never have sex before marriage. If you're just gunna give yourself away before you even marry, why would the guy even stay interested in you?

Hmm

I can tell why, you have very little knowledge of the meaning of marriage and the holiness it bears. Its meaning has stayed the same, it's just a lot of dumb people usually marry without full knowledge of what they're getting themselves into, they take the plunge, some do great, some fail miserably. Heck, I saw on the news a while back a couple celebrating their 90th anniversary or whatever, but it was in the 90's.
I hope you understand marriage came from God, and the only place where marriage is still regarded as it was when it was first made is religion. Or Christianity, if you prefer. But as I said before, marriage is a plunge. If you ask my opinion, and it is filled with wisdom, I wouldn't even kiss someone until I had found the right person. Probably wouldn't hold their hand either. A hand leads to a kiss, a kiss leads to sex, and sex leads to lots of other problems, I can assure you.
You forget the third part of love, and the original first part, but, yeah, as I said, you have very little knowledge. The third part is your soul, and the spiritual side of love. If you don't believe that, then tell me why love has been viewed as spiritual by all beliefs and religions and peoples, tribes and cultures throughout thousands and thousands of years.

My opinion:
Life is too short; but, it's no excuse not to choose partners wisely and be safe.
